We Respond Within 48 Hours
Within a maximum of 48 working hours from receiving the request, we respond with a confirmation and, where possible, with the complete quote.
If additional clarifications are required from the manufacturer or logistics department, we will promptly inform you about the status of your request.

- After accepting the quote, we issue the proforma invoice.

Delivery to the Construction Site Gate

- Unloading of goods is the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery time varies depending on the manufacturer and transport distance — we communicate it precisely in the quote.
